Excellent product - except AirPod charger doesn’t work

Got this device in the Summer sale and have brought numerous Nomad items in the past. I love the quality and how they work alongside the products that I own. However, despite the fact that I love how this item charges my phone, the AirPod charging pad doesn’t work at all and never has from the moment I got it.
