I received my phone case and contacted the company to let them know the product was defective.

They approved a replacement and sent it to a different address. After several unreturned emails, I finally requested a total reimbursement and received no response.

Exceptional Leather and Craftsmanship, but the Folio Closure Could Be Better

The quality of the Horween leather is exceptional. I really like the design, craftsmanship, and overall build quality of this case. The leather feels premium, looks beautiful, and develops the kind of character I was hoping for.

My only disappointment is the folio flap. On my case, the flap did not close neatly and overlapped even before I inserted any credit cards into the wallet side. Once cards are added, I imagine the fit would become even more awkward.

Because I liked the leather and construction so much, I decided to modify the case rather than stop using it. I carefully cut off the folio portion, sanded the edge, and conditioned the leather, effectively turning it into a non-folio leather case. I am very happy with it in this form.

Overall, the materials and craftsmanship are excellent, but I think the folio dimensions or closure design could be improved.
