Expected Better

I was excited to get the band for my Series 11 42mm Apple Watch. However I noticed two issues:

1) The clasps that slip into the watch case don't securely clip in, causing them to slide out. After removing them I noticed the clasps not only have to slide in, but you need to push into the case for a somewhat secure fit. Then, they loosen again.

2) Metal buckle already has signs of the black scuffing off, even though I am very careful with my watch. Need to try to keep it tucked under your sleeve as much as possible if wearing long sleeves.

Disappointing for sure, because the strap looks really nice.

Great Customer Service

The band and leather is of the highest quality. I had a few abnormal issues with the one I received and their customer service went above and beyond to take care of the issue. Cannot recommend Nomad enough.
