It didn't have to have a special design.

Actually, I bought a Nomad case for the iPhone Air, but I haven't been using it and plan to sell it soon. The reason is that, while I believe Nomad designed it to highlight the iPhone Air's slimness, I simply didn't like the way it felt in my hand. I would have preferred it if the construction were the same as their cases for other iPhone models—after all, the iPhone Air is already thin to begin with.

Nice phonecase

Fantastic leather feel and premium look! It offers a great grip, though protection is fairly average. Still, it's a very classy case.

Looks great and feels nice - Durability is poor :(

Bought this less than a month ago and was super stoked to try it on. Hand it my right pocket (NO Keys or anything sharp) and used it with my daily phone (iPhone Air) and it has picked up so many visible scratches and scuffs already. It does go into my phone holder in the car, but its plastic and very standard practice.

The leather seems quite fragile and weak, not sure if i should be conditioning it already?

Have only dropped the phone once, and it was on wood
