Great product

After nearly two years my old clasp started failing after wearing daily as a machinist/aircraft mechanic and within a couple hours of submitting my warranty claim, my new clasp was being shipped out free of charge. I did end up receiving the regular titanium by accident but again within an hour or so of emailing I had the correct clasp being shipped out and a prepaid postage tag to return the wrong one. Seamless warranty and quality products.

Great Products ... even better customer service!

Titanium watch band is great and perfect for my Apple watch. I just love it. Recently had an issue with the clasp and customer immediately sent me a replacement which was exactly what I needed. Perfect fit and great service all around!
