The band is the best looking leather band I've found. Feels great too, and after 6 months of usage, still looks great.

The Horween leather is thick and durable but soft and comfortable at the same time. My only complaint is the quality of the finishing. It is leather so it is expected to show minimal creases where the band is taking the shape of your wrist. However, my band came out the box with several scuffs on the sides of the band where the tanning was either not applied evenly or it was rubbed away somehow. Overall, the band is good quality but not quite up to the exceedingly high standards that Nomad advertises for the Horween band. You can see in the photos where the leather has been creased as is expected but you can also see the edges were it was noticeably discolored and scuffed from right out the box.

I’ve been burned too many times by cheap, fake leather bands from Amazon and decided to finally just invest (which I truly believe this is an investment with how much money I’ve wasted on cheap crap bands) in Nomad. And good lord am I glad I did.

Firstly: real leather, fantastic build quality. Everything about this watch strap is SOLID. You can tell it will last a VERY long time. The clasps hold to the watch very well, which can’t be said about some other brands I’ve tried (even apple’s have given me issues on that front twice). It’s just great.

Appearance: this strap is gorgeous. Might just be the fact that it’s my first real leather band on a smart watch but every time I look at it I’m astounded how it looks on my wrist. Classy, sophisticated, manly. I love it.

TL;DR - I’ll be back for more nomad. Once I have more money. 🤣
