The 4-star rating is really me nit-picking. It is a great product, just a few small things away from being perfect.

First, it comes with EU, US and UK plug support, but not NZ/AU which happened to be the one I needed.

Second, positioning of the phone on the charging mat when the phone is vertical. It took me a bit to find the right spot (iPhone 15 Pro Max). If I want to wirelessly charge AirPods and the phone at the same time, the phone goes in the portrait orientation to the right half of the mat. I had to spend 5-10m to find that the phone’s right edge should be about 3mm to the right from the right edge of the mat for the coils to align.

Maybe one more wish: some cable management would be nice for the Apple Watch’s and the device’s cables so that only one cable comes out (or the two come out together).

I actually like the device a lot. The mat is just the right size for iPhone Pro Max - it goes perfectly in the landscape orientation and starts charging right away. Decent wattage on USB ports and having two of them is very handy.

The device is very well made - like all Nomad products. High-quality materials, stylish look. Even the cable of the power brick is braided. Big thumb up, really happy with the device.

I was primarily looking for a wireless charger for an Apple Watch and AirPods, but was pleasantly surprised it also can charge my iPhone 14 Pro Max while. As with other Nomad products, I appreciate the quality of materials and the fact that this charger takes up minimal room on my small nightstand. A plus on this supposedly outdated model is it includes a charging brick for the device itself along with travel adapter plugs (Nomad appears to have gone with not adding cables or adapters on more recent models).

This is a sophisticated, simple design item.

I liked it very much.

The only problem is that the iPhone is not charging occasionally.
