I have an older base charger that’s With compatible and I can charge my phone through any case from UAG but the MagSafe base pad won’t charge anything if it’s not in a mag safe case or the phone has. I case at all. Not sure why the older model doesn’t have this issue and this newer one does.

If you aren’t using a case or are using a MagSafe case then this is great. If you use anything that isn’t MagSafe, chances are this charger won’t work.

It's luxurious and the design is good. I was worried that the black and MagSafe part would go well with white, but when I received it, it looks better than white. However, the carbide metal part is painted, not a fusion type, so the original luster of the metal is disappointing.
