Orders may take up to 1 business day to be processed and 1 business day for the carrier to receive the package and update the tracking information. Please note orders placed after 10am on a Friday may not be processed for shipment until the following business day.

Standard Shipping:

Standard shipments are shipped by USPS with assigned tracking information to follow your order. Packages usually reach their destination in 3-4 business days, but can take longer as USPS does not guarantee a delivery time frame.

Expedited Shipping:

Expedited shipments are typically shipped by FedEx and arrive within 2-3 business days once received by the carrier. We cannot accommodate requests to ship with a particular service or carrier that is not presented at checkout.

 

FedEx cannot deliver to PO boxes. If your shipping address is a PO box, please select the standard USPS option at checkout to ensure proper delivery and avoid delays.

Military Bases and APO:

Military bases and APO addresses can only receive mail from USPS. Please choose Standard Shipping at checkout if your order is shipping to a Military base or APO address to ensure a successful delivery.


We Ship Worldwide


Most shipments headed outside of the United States will ship with FedEx International Priority service and arrive in the destination country within 2-3 business days. Please note, this time does not take into account customs clearance. In countries where processing is slow, delivery may take up to a few weeks.

VAT and Duties:

Some countries apply VAT and duties import charges upon arrival of the package through customs. If you did not select a shipping method called "Expedited FedEx Shipping VAT and Duties Prepaid," then your package may incur additional charges prior to delivery. Nomad will do the best we can to provide the best international shipping experience, but much of the process is outside of our control. For an easier delivery experience, consider purchasing from one of our global authorized resellers.

International Shipping Exceptions:

Unfortunately, we are unable to ship directly to a few countries because we have found the postal services to be unreliable. These countries include:

  • Brazil
  • Russia
  • Greece

We cannot ship to the following countries, due to import/export regulations:

  • Cuba
  • Iran
  • North Korea
  • Sudan
  • Syria

Military Bases and APO:

Military bases and APO addresses can only receive mail from USPS. Please choose Standard Shipping at checkout if your order is shipping to a Military base or APO address to ensure a successful delivery.

You will receive an email with the tracking information for your order once it is processed at our warehouse. Please view updates through the tracking link provided for an estimated delivery date. Tracking information may take up to 1 business day for the carrier to receive the package and make proper updates.

You can view your order status without an account, but you will need your order's confirmation email. You can click the "view order status" button in that email to view the tracking page for your package.

Issues With Tracking Info

We are happy to help, but we do not have more information than what is listed on the tracking page. We ask that you please try to resolve any issues directly with the carrier. If all else fails, please email the support team directly at support@nomadgoods.com with your order number in the subject line.

Delivered but not found?

Oh no! If you can't find your package right away, please first check with your household and neighbors. It can be common in certain areas for packages to be delivered to a neighbor by mistake.

 

If you still can't find the package, please double-check your shipping address on your order confirmation to ensure that the order was shipped to the correct address.
