I’ve been using it for one year and the leather is still in very good condition, with only some signs of wear on the corners. I recommend the modern version because it offers better protection and durability on the sides of the phone. It’s several times better than the original Apple leather case.

Case had to be replaced under warranty. I get things happen. Nomad handled this with ease. The leather is amazing and it is already getting a wonderful patina. Would recommend to anyone looking for an amazing leather case.
