Replacement part

I was shipped a defective buckle. Nomad replaced the buckle three links and end piece on both sides of the strap. Everything now fits correct and works properly.

REplacement of buckle on Stratos

Night and day. The original one frquently came off with a brush from a long sleeve, or the couch arm etc

Now it firm and tight. I think the issue was with the hooks not clipping in

Very dissatisfied with Stratos band and customer service!!

My Stratos watch band failed in less than a month! The clasp let go while reaching to open my car door resulting in my brand new $2800.00 CAD Apple ultra 3 watch to fall to the pavement causing a deep scratch on the body of my titanium watch. Which is of course right where I see it every time I look at my watch. When I reached out to customer service they refused to give me a refund due to the 30 day return policy and it would have had to be unused in the original package. My only option was to get the replacement part which according to the paperwork was $1.85 part. I think it’s fair to say this is unacceptable to say the least!! My brand new Apple Ultra 3 Watch is damaged and the only solution offered to me was a $1.85 part??? How can I ever trust putting that strap back on??

Also my brand new Stand One Max has stopped charging my Apple Watches after barely a month. I’ve tried multiple watches on it and it starts to charge and then stops about 2 to 3 mins. I haven’t contacted customer service as I don’t have a lot of confidence they will resolve the issue. At the very least a full refund should have been offered including shipping back to them for both products. This may not be the normal customer experience but it was my experience. I’ve stopped using all their products!!
