Stratos Band - 49mm | Natural Titanium | Forest FKM

I was easily able to size this band to fit my wrist. It seems to be pretty durable and scratch resistant. It also is just as comfortable as the original ocean band that came with my ultra 3. I would definitely recommend these bands. This is the black stratos with forest green.

This is definitely the nicest non-Apple band I’ve had for my watch, but it is not without some flaws.

First, the good: the band is easily adjustable with its pin-hole spring loaded link connection mechanic. Very well done. Also it is exceptionally comfortable. For being the weird love child of an elastomer band and a titanium band, it somehow works. Lastly, the color is a spot on match for the titanium Apple Watch Ultra, closest I’ve ever seen.

Now, flaws: the lugs do not fit snugly in the watch. They wiggle and shift and feel insecure. This is my one real criticism, but it’s vitally important in a watch band and this one didn’t stick the landing. Note the picture, the lugs are a bit too small for the housings. This hasn’t stopped me from wearing it, and they’ve never spontaneously come out, it’s just annoying in a band that runs over hundred bucks. The other flaw is the closure mechanic, if you’re not aligned just right it will pinch your arm when trying to get it snapped in.

Excellent build quality and precise fitting. I am really happy with this product! Because it’s made of titanium, it’s incredibly lightweight on the wrist but still feels rugged and durable.
