Passport Wallet - Rustic Brown | Horween | Pen Edition

I have bought the Passport Wallet because I know the overall high quality of the Nomad products. However, after one day of use, it already had deep marks from being kept inside my backpack. I reached out to customer service, but they spoke about the technical details, trying to convince me there was nothing wrong. Now, I can't even return it because I'm traveling overseas. The reason I bought the passport case is that I have two passports, and it fits them perfectly. Very disappointed with the quality, more disappointed with the customer service response. Seriously, this is not what I would expect from an expensive product to look this bad after one day of travel.

Really happy with this passport wallet. The premium leather feels high quality, looks stylish, and seems like it will hold up well over time. It’s well made and keeps my passport and travel essentials neatly organized. The included pen is a thoughtful and very handy addition, especially for filling out customs or immigration forms while traveling. Overall, it’s a practical, elegant travel accessory that I’d happily recommend.

Once you have it in your hands the hefty price tag makes sense. Smells amazing, the pen has such a good weight to it it makes it feel really premium + the pen slot is magnetized and its addicting to use. Also the flight ticket holder has magnets and ads to the premium-ness haha. Really happy with this purchase, it was my father's day gift. Would recommend, yes.
