Great product

After nearly two years my old clasp started failing after wearing daily as a machinist/aircraft mechanic and within a couple hours of submitting my warranty claim, my new clasp was being shipped out free of charge. I did end up receiving the regular titanium by accident but again within an hour or so of emailing I had the correct clasp being shipped out and a prepaid postage tag to return the wrong one. Seamless warranty and quality products.
