I think the cover is promising, however there are a few things I feel they can do better. The good stuff first:

(1) the color is good

(2) The fitting is snug

(3) I have dropped my phones twice since the case arrived and so far it is scratch-free! So the case is doing its job.

(4) The magsafe works flawlessly.

Now for the things they can improve:

(1) Improve the color accuracy of the case on their website. The case looks remarkably different in real life compared to the website (see pics). I had ordered a couple of cases and the actual color matched one of the cases that arrived, so I kept it.

(2) The sides of the case (not sure if it is called frame or bumper or bezel) is black in color and I personally do not like it. I would have preferred it to be the same material/color as the back (see Bellroy cases). It is protective, but the black color kind of makes it ugly for me.

(3) The buttons are extra-clicky. The phone will be in my pocket and I will hear siri getting triggered multiple times. Or screenshots being taken without me intending to. It does not happen without the case on, or with other cases.

This is my second time owning this case from Nomad. My first one was damaged when my phone fell from my jersey pocket onto concrete at 45 mph while on a bike ride. Though my case was scuffed heavily and lens protector shattered, my phone was completely unharmed. It did is job perfectly, so I bought another immediately. The lighter leather color develops a rich patina quickly and resists scratches surprisingly well. 10/10 would recommend.
