Traditional Leather Case - iPhone 17 Pro | Black | Horween

To complement my new iPhone 18 Pro Max in Glacier Blue (stunning colour by the way) this new Horween Traditional Leather in Saddle colour is beautifully sophisticated.

The glacier blue against that warm cognac/tan leather is a surprisingly sophisticated pairing. A few things stand out:

- The contrast works: the cool, almost icy blue of the phone gives the warm leather some visual lift. It prevents the case from looking too brown or traditional.

- The camera area looks particularly good. The pale blue/metallic camera surround picks up the Glacier colour and creates a coherent transition into the leather.

- It feels more luxurious than a matching-colour case would. The cognac leather gives the phone a classic, slightly understated character, while the Glacier finish makes it feel contemporary.

- It isn't overly flashy. That's probably my favourite aspect of it. The blue is visible, but the leather remains the dominant impression.

If I were being picky, I'd say the blue is quite cool compared with the orange warmth of the leather, so there is definitely a contrast rather than a perfectly harmonious tonal match. But I actually think that's what makes it work.

Slim and lightweight full wrap leather case. Def has a luxury look and vibe. Horween leather quality is superb.
