I'm not gonna lie. At first my order had a little problem. My package was lost before it could leave the US (I live in México). But upon contacting Customer Service the agent was so understanding and kind. We made another order and this time got delivered earlier than expected.

The product is absolutly great. You can feel the high quality.

I've been using this cable for more than 3 years now. It has been in my backpack daily and charged all my devices pretty much 24/7. It was my main USB-C cable for everything since all of my devices are using USB-C ports now. I was really happy with the cable because it did last very long considering how much it was used daily. Lately, the cable end started to separate a bit but the charging and data transfer worked as intended. This is nothing new, other cables show this very early, maybe after a year of daily usage. I will use the old cable still as a backup. The quality of the cable is amazing. After I asked support if it was still safe to use the cable, they offered to replace it because their cables have a 5-year warranty, which is amazing. I got the new cable and the quality is again top-notch. I am rest assured (by my own experience) that the cable will last me for the next 3-4 years if not more of heavy usage in IT and out and about. Again, I use this cable at least 12 hours per day. I used a lot of cables and surely this one takes the crown.
